it's so easy to get scared off and chicken out on a work put on you,
to simply uninvolved urself by saying "i'm not good enough." 
but it takes soo much more courage to stand by God's word and your word
and on the decision u've made.

have faith because nothing is impossible.
God is an all-possibilities-God. weeee! :D

I still have so much to work on on being patient
everytime i forget, Daddy rings the red light

something from the episode clung to my mind

that showed the wonderful and powerful power of love.

yesterday four of us went for lunch at McD for an unofficial farewell for our beloved drummer, seong yee
the reason there's only four of us that went to say bye bye to him was because
the others are still in school :P
but mostly is because..
WE LIKE ARR!  :P

just a tiny get together and chit chats over the table with some french fries
because sy will be leaving kuantan for kl to study next week
he has the honour to depart the earliest between the 4 of us xD

it's not the last goodbye la, so no need for a crying fest :p

even though apart, we'll still meet up very often i believe :)

just that as u can see, our mif will lack of an awesome brainy drummer soon

but i know we will keep on shining no matter our whereabouts 

God's there with us.

He's everywhere ma!

A Post Before Easter.


off to bed after posting this.
well by off to bed i mean brushing my teeth, cleaning up, read, bible, talk to God, off the lights, and laying in bed thinking about tomorrow.
probably won't be asleep for another 1 hour? ;)
i'll have more butterflies as the clock ticks the time nearer to 4am tomorrow.

hardly spent much time at home today,
i can finally put my feet up. he he :)
later will go for the Good Friday Service at church, ah can't wait to once again thank the good Lord for everything and be renewed again.


He paid the price so we can have today, we can have what we call a life.
don't waste it.
He traded that in for us with His own blood and flesh.
your life is precious to Him, let's honor Him with it :)

my nutty sister has an arts exam tomorrow
so she asked me to google for 'fantasy castles' 
and i got drawn into the insanely beautiful paintings by those ridiculously talented people

i can almost touch the tranquility in this one..

this one has a little eerie tone to it, but still the details are crazy.

if my sister can draw like this in her exam tomorrow, i will.. cut my head bald!

what happened yesterday:

3 incidents that happened coincidently, and it had Daddy written all over it :D


on Friday, i finally decided on my song list for praise&worship on our sunday mif,
and i thought of a song which we haven't been singing in a long time,
Daddy spoke to me and suggested it
我愿做个驴驹主 was the song title.
if u dunno chinese, the song was singing about humbling ourselves and be ready to be used by Jesus like how He had used the colt when He entered the town of Jerusalem.
so i said, why not? :)


yesterday, when pastor viccent was preaching his sermon
the scripture he talked about was from Mark 11:1-11

“Go to the village ahead of you, and just as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. ³If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord needs it and will send it back here shortly.’” (vv2-3)

colt meant donkey, the one that Jesus used to rode into the town of Jerusalem

at that point i didn't realize the connection it had with the song i chose

so i was still blur blur xD

yesterday night before i went to sleep,

i opened up my ODJ and flipped to the page that marked Sunday 17 April 2011

the devotional that i was supposed to read yesterday

and at the first glance, i saw the title:

"A King on A Donkey?"

o.o me> donkey? huh?

as i read through the devotional passage, i felt unbelievably touched.

Dad was doing something amazing 

speaking to me through the SAME story, three times. 

each had its own lesson at the end. 

first, the song: from the perspective of the colt

second, the sermon: from the perspective of the crowd

third, the devotional: from the perspective of Jesus himself.

:)

when i finished leading the song and praise&worship that afternoon,

my other back up singer came to me and asked :

"why would u choose that song one? it's a very very old song eh"

"i dunno, i just felt that i want to lead it this week"

"ooh. just so you know the song touched me just now :)"

but it's such an inspiring day, i couldn't sleep yesterday thinking about what happened xD

i've been thrown with opportunities after opportunities as long as i can remember
been given so many different things to take part and take charge
the kind of experiences u can never get outside.
so blessed! :D

many other more different jobs come flying your way. it's true!

Daddy just keeps on nurturing and molding us through the big or small tasks He gives to us.

and we compared our newly tanned skintones

we lmao-ed when me and sy's were still 'hong pok pok'

while leen's had already darkened -.-

and sy's sis added that 

"the ones that are red will lightened back, but the dark ones will stay like that dy"

it's not easy to do things 'under pressure'
