finally after 3 months,

i can compile all my design practicals into my very own studio journal.

and while flipping through them and digging them out again one by one,

it overwhelmed me to see it altogether as a complete journal now.

piece by piece,

it really pays off :')

praise God for every mark i got,

every mark i lost.

proud of everyone of us :)

staying in the run. 

to new beginnings i will venture into soon,

i started unfriend-ing people on facebook
after i realized how unimportant it is with the matter of quantity.
and i am no longer accepting random strangers as friends like i used to.

i reminisce.



i was just looking through my phone's photo album and realized how more than 50% of the photos were taken at a restaurant or cafe. 
i have been continuously photographing my speeding youth is some of u are wondering :p
i just hadn't got the chance & place to share it.


it recorded so many of my different first-time experiences,
with new friends in a whole new surrounding.
and since my blog has been so deprived of pictures lately,
i shall colour it with my photos that dates back to the very beginning since i started my life here in pj.
:) muahaha. would u mind reminiscing with me?

today CF had an awesome blessing mission that was held in our very own utar campus,

it was tiny, but it was our hearts for His children :) 

so basically we made these very very simple bookmarks written with a very very simple bible verse,

and we also gave them away with one very very simple ruler and very very simple eraser for each student.

the objective was to encourage and bless them with a little something before the finals next week.

haha, really simple until cannot be anymore simpler :) 

but!

thanks to God's inspiration to our members who came up with this simple idea,

we blessed around 500 students in utar with those bookmarks, rulers and erasers.

only tiny hands and feet.

but God can do great things in this place.

i love long car rides. like really long ones :p

it's an enjoyable pastime for me.

i can choose to either spend that time by looking at what the view outside has to offer,

or just simply and completely rest myself.

He gave us His all without a single condition,

Jesus, love, forgiveness, grace, and so much more.

but because of this we take it for granted.

but if your heart truly acknowledge His free-giving,

it comes natural for you to want to love Him and His people back :)

alright,
i just want to write this down right now
while it's still fresh in my mind. while it's still pumping in my blood xD


so today was my first time attending a bible conference.
excited for it.
it was just a shame that i had to miss the session on the first night (due to unit registration :p)
but i thank God so much for this opportunity
'cause i definitely do not regret joining it.
the title was 'Beautiful Feet' , and Steve Cioccolanti the speaker.
had been really blessed through the talks,
a wonderful message brought out.
practical and helpful ways in sharing the gospel :)
and tonight he prayed for the gift of speaking in tongue for us who have yet to be baptised in the spirit,
by faith i raised up my hands,
i said "God, this is it. i want to receive it. tonight and now."


just three simple steps he asked to follow,
raise your hands to surrender,
deep breath in,
speak the first words that come into you as you exhale.
i did.
and i felt it. i felt God's spirit move :)


mouth trembling right before it happened.
no idea what i was saying but it was no doubt that the Spirit was there. filled the entire room and every opened heart.

i still have much to learn and pray for.
i pray for another fruitful session tomorrow, the last one!

haven't had a proper sleep for 2 nights straight.
only slept for 3 hours last night.
this is not healthy, roxanne. don't ever repeat this unacceptable mistake. 


from the moment i woke up till i reach school,
i didn't realize i have been holding my breath.
until i finally sat down and had my lunch at school. alone.
i tried to clear my head and thought to myself 'what a bad day.'
but then i chose to not let it put me down,
'cause somewhere around me, i know there're people doing worse than me.
having to deal with more than unfinished assignments and the tiny obstacles that i faced.
how much can my small problems measure up to that.
i chose this,
i will persevere & keep my hands lifted to Him. no matter what.
:)


three things i have learned today:
1. always check ur purse and make sure u have small cash, before u step into a taxi.

2. no matter how hard and long it took to finish the work, the fruit is always sweet. always :)

3. the harder it is for u to get something, the more u will appreciate after u have it. even the small things.


God is good,
tomorrow will be better.

for me to sit and praise God in that house of God again

so many many things i am anticipating :)

then i remembered my brief mentioning to that person once in our conversation.

it was a blessed time n opportunity God gave me :)


at first it was no classroom to use,
